Balance
We help Student Athletes balance athletics, academics, family and social life.
Skills practiced: Prioritization, goal setting, relationship skills, stress management.
Eliminate Distractions
We help Student Athletes identify and heal issues and even trauma in their lives that become a distraction to balancing priorities in life and having their head in the game.
Mental Skills
We help Student Athletes develop the mental and emotional skills needed to be truly present during games and practices.
Skills practiced: Mindfulness, ability to focus, emotional intelligence, pressure management
Faith
We help Student Athletes grow their faith.
We believe that a Student Athlete can’t really be great at any of the skills we practice unless they are good with God. A strong faith increases self-confidence while helping a person manage stress and priorities. A strong faith increases a Student Athlete’s overall life satisfaction – which of course translates to the field, court, diamond or pool.

Track One
Track Two
Individual Sessions are approximately one hour, once a week or once every other week. Individual sessions allow for maximum impact in a short period of time. A Long-term plan of Individual sessions is also ideal for the student athlete who is serious about preparing for college level athletics in every way. Cost is $120 per session.
Group Sessions have 8-12 Student Athletes in a group setting. This allows for peer to peer sharing, encouragement and support. Skills are practiced in a group setting where Student Athletes learn from each other as much as from the Counselor. When Student Athletes understand that the issues they face are common, it becomes easier to overcome them. Cost is $25 per session. Prepay 10 sessions for $200.
Student Athletes and their parents may choose which Track to pursue, and may change between the Tracks as necessary. Some Student Athletes have found that pursuing both Tracks simultaneously has great benefit.
